Popin is provided for informational purposes to help you discover events happening in Toronto. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

Content

Event details are provided by third parties. Popin is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of events.

No Official Partnerships

Popin is an independent platform that curates and displays publicly available event information. Unless explicitly stated, Popin is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially partnered with the venues, organizers, or artists whose events appear in the app. All trademarks and event names remain the property of their respective owners.

Images and Intellectual Property

All images, graphics, and artwork displayed in the Popin app and website are either created by our team, generated with AI tools, sourced from licensed stock providers, or otherwise used with proper authorization. We do not knowingly use copyrighted images, logos, or other protected materials without permission. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

No Accounts or Payments

At this stage, Popin does not require user accounts or process payments. Events listed are provided by organizers and venues.

Limitation of Liability

Popin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Popin means you accept the updated Terms.
